Our room had a tub. the services were excellent and offered us free Wi-Fi. the hotel is conveniently located near railway and bus stations, Zhongshan Park, metro stations, the airport, main railway station, and nice malls.

The room here was really cool, with a super comfy bed and the staff were so nice 😊 It was in a great spot, just a short 4-6 minute stroll from Cloud Nine Mall.

Absolutely useless staff!

The location is fantastic, being next to a temple and close to the city center, metro, shopping center, and Line 2 metro. the restaurants serve fresh and delicious food, with a special mention of Secret Recip located only 10 minutes away. the rooms are equipped with exceptionally comfortable beds, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a personal safe. the breakfast spread offers lots of goodies for guests to enjoy.

The value for money at Mercure Shanghai Royalton was excellent - clean and spacious room at a great price. The location was convenient, within walking distance to the subway and nearby malls with food options. The staff treated me well and even offered me a room upgrade with breakfast for a small fee.

The people at the counter do not speak English, they canceled my reservation without notifying me in advance so I had to wait approximately 20 minutes to check in.

Television only offered local channels. I was in other cities in China and more modest hotels had TV from other countries, even in Spanish.

The basic amenities in the rooms were well-maintained, and the bed was so comfortable that I had a restful sleep. Plus, for a small fee of only 40RMB, I got to enjoy a nice bathtub in my room. As for breakfast, it mainly catered to Chinese tastes, offering a variety of local dishes to start the day.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was fantastic. Nothing to complain about.
